​Join a small, carefully selected group of open innovation leaders from Portuguese corporates for an intimate, closed-door afternoon focused on the challenges they face internally when it comes to turning innovation opportunities into pilots, getting pilots off the ground, and building more successful innovation teams.

​No pitches. Just a chance to share real challenges, exchange experiences and discuss what is working, what isn’t, and what could be done differently, with peers.

​16:30 — Fireside chat · Open Innovation at P&G: insights from André Convents
Hear from André Convents, Open Innovation expert and former P&G Innovation leader for 35 years, as he shares his experience of building open innovation from scratch inside one of the world’s biggest consumer goods companies: the bets that paid off, the ones that didn’t, and what he would do differently today.

​And expect an open conversation with the room, not in front of it.

​17:00 — Open discussion: live challenges
The conversation then moves into an open-discussion focused on issues such as how to move from an innovation opportunity to a successful pilot, what gets in the way internally, and how innovation teams can become more effective and successful. Each person will have the opportunity to bring a challenge to the table and exchange views with peers facing similar questions.

​A Dealflow.eu moderator will help guide the conversation and capture the main takeaways.

​17:45 — Synthesis
We wrap up the discussion by highlighting some of the key points and ideas that came up during the session.

Rui Coutinho, Chief Innovation Officer & Board Member at Mota-Engil Next, closes the formal programme with a first look at his newly launched book and a reflection on how corporates adapt and respond to change.
