Join us for six weeks of friendly competition, teamwork and camaraderie as teams face off in weekly backgammon matches at Utepils Brewing or Padraigs Brewing in Minneapolis.
The league features doubles play, a fun social atmosphere and plenty of friendly rivalry. Come with teammates or sign up on your own — we’ll help connect players and build teams.
All experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or ready to experience backgammon in a whole new way, Battle of the Brews is about great matches, great people and a great night out.

Who Can Join? This is an all star event. Please note that the doubling cube will be used in league events.
Excited to see you over the board!
⭐ Rookie — Never played before or been a really long time.
⭐⭐ Beginner — Understands the basics of the game but little or no doubling cube experience.
⭐⭐⭐ Intermediate — Comfortable using the doubling cube and has regular playing experience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Advanced — Experienced with doubling cube strategy, match play, and competitive formats.
