The Connection Design Lab - Connecting Across Generations

​This virtual lab explores how to open the conversations people often want to have, but aren’t sure how—or where—to begin because of varying age and experience.

We’ll work directly with the dynamics that show up: hesitation, misinterpretation, projection, and the impulse to smooth over difference.

What would change if you knew how to stay with these moments, rather than avoiding them?

This lab is for people responsible for bringing fragmented groups together: facilitators, researchers, educators, community builders, and leaders of teams or movements.
