Lisboa 2036
Ten years from now, Lisbon will be a different city. This afternoon, you live there, and leave ready to create a better future.
Brought to you by Futura Foundation, Fixed to Flow, and Look Lisbon.
The experience
On September 17, twenty Lisbon residents, half Portuguese and half international, step out of 2026 for one afternoon.
You arrive with your own Lisbon under your skin, shaped by the street you live on and the city you have felt change around you.
From there, the experience takes you into 2036. You spend the afternoon inside possible Lisbons with nineteen other residents who read the city differently.
Some of what you hear and experience will surprise you. Some of it will unsettle you.
By the time you land back in 2026, you have concrete tools for imagining possible futures and acting on them in the city.
The programme
The afternoon unfolds as one continuous experience, from your arrival in Look Lisbon's garden to dinner under the same trees.
