Start your morning with movement, fresh air, and connection!
Join IWL and Humble Pilates for a free mat Pilates session in the park! Mats are provided so all you need to bring is yourself (and maybe a drink bottle to stay hydrated as well as some SPF and sunglasses 😎).
Look out for orange mats next to the playground (however, keep an eye out as a reminder text with a more exact location will come through closer to the date!).
No previous Pilates experience needed - expect a 45-50min full body flow.
