Dark Horses: Career Storytelling Night
The idea
Harvard's Dark Horse Project studied people who found success on their own terms. At some point in their careers, they chose fulfilment over traditional markers like money and status, and followed their own path. Their stories often give others the courage to build a more fulfilling life and career.
Dark horses live among us, and often we don't even know it. This evening puts them in the spotlight. It brings together people who relate to their stories, and people who need a spark of inspiration at a career crossroads.
The evening
Hour 1: Four storytellers (dark horses) on stage
Hour 2: Networking (not the cringe type), drinks and snacks
Especially for you if
You are at a crossroads in your career and looking for inspiration
You like the idea of creating your own definition of ambition and success
You want an in-person setting to meet fellow dark horses
The space
We'll gather at BounceSpace, a beautiful café in a former factory building right by Vondelpark, to inspire us.
🍻 Drinks & some snacks included
Your ticket includes drinks and some snacks throughout the evening. Come for the stories, stay for the drinks and good company.
📸 A note on photos
We’ll take photos and some short videos during the evening to share the night with our community on social media. If you’d rather not appear in them, no problem at all: just pick up a sticker at the door when you check in and we’ll keep you out of shot.
