Moderator Survival Kit - Vault & KeyClub Members Only
What is it?
The Moderator Survival Kit is a monthly virtual meeting with Holland and any Moderator who chooses to attend.
Why is it important?
This is a time for Moderators to sit at the same table to discuss & share challenges, wins, resources, hacks, etc. Every Moderator takes a different approach to their role and there is so much to learn from each other about the same process.
When do we attend?
When you feel like you need support or when you need inspiration. When you feel like the challenges of being a Moderator are singularly felt - they are not! These topics can range from conflict resolution to how to best manage time within your 4 hour construct to “do fines work for other Vaults”? We will discuss whatever subjects are brought to the table.
