Why This Matters for You
🤝 Build a network that opens doors. At Disrupt, the people you meet are actively building companies and making hiring decisions. This is your chance to have real, face-to-face conversations with startup founders, product leads, and technical recruiters — the kind of connections that don't happen on LinkedIn.
👀 See where the industry is heading. With 250+ speakers and 200+ sessions spanning AI, fintech, biotech, robotics, climate tech, and more, you'll walk away with a front-row understanding of where the industry is going — and how your skills fit in.
🔍 Explore 300+ startups in one place. The Expo Hall is a live showcase of emerging companies. Whether you're job searching, exploring industries, or just curious about what's being built, this is an unmatched opportunity to do your market research in person.
💡Get inspired by people who were once where you are. Disrupt features founders and operators who share candid lessons about breaking into tech, building careers from scratch, and navigating the same questions you're facing right now.
Remember:
We ask that all selected students commit to the following:
Honor your spot. These tickets represent a meaningful investment in your professional development, and a student on the waitlist may be counting on your seat. If your plans change and you need to decommit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your ticket to another student. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to redistribute opportunities fairly.
Give back to the community. As a condition of receiving a ticket, attendees will be asked to participate in a brief post-event reflection — whether that's a written testimonial, a short interview, or a quick share-out with your peers. This is a small but meaningful way to contribute to a culture of shared learning and to help future students understand the value of opportunities like this one.
