About Event

PepsiCo’s Greenhouse Program invites investors and the agrifoodtech and climate ecosystem from the APAC region and beyond to join them at their Showcase (in-person and virtually) to explore and connect with their 2026 cohort.

Across APAC, sustainability startups are developing solutions with the potential to address challenges in the food and beverage value chain Yet many promising innovations struggle to move from proof of concept to real operational use. Scaling requires more than technical validation. It requires access to industry expertise, live business environments, decision makers, and a clear pathway to adoption.

The PepsiCo Greenhouse Program APAC 2026: The IMPACT Edition provides a platform for participating companies to engage with PepsiCo executives on topics and considerations related to potential real-world application. The program includes grant support, mentorship, and business perspectives, as well as opportunities to discuss potential use cases and implementation considerations relevant to their solutions.

This edition is intended to explore solutions that may have potential relevance to PepsiCo’s value chain. Through engagement with innovators in areas such as circularity, sustainable agriculture, and climate, the program aims to support approaches that could contribute to business and sustainability objectives across the region.

The Showcase forms part of an ongoing seven-month program featuring five participating alumni companies. As part of the program, squad groups comprising PepsiCo executives engage with participating startup founders to provide guidance, share business perspectives, and discuss potential considerations related to real-world application. Participants were identified through program criteria connected to focus areas such as agriculture, climate resilience, and sustainable packaging.

The startups will take to the stage to share firsthand what it takes to move sustainability innovation through a global supply chain.

2026 cohort:

  • Adiona are using AI-optimised logistics with the aim of improving route planning and fleet efficiency. They are studying how these tools could reduce fleet distances travelled across bottler networks, and build supply chain resilience.

  • Bali Waste Cycle is employing a decentralised model to recover low-value plastics. They are assessing how their tech can support Extended Producer Responsibility readiness, and fit into PepsiCo’s broader packaging and waste management approaches.

  • Beijing AIForce Tech are developing electric agricultural machinery designed to automate key farming processes and reduce emissions and labour dependency, while improving grower productivity. They are examining the operational feasibility and consequent impacts of utilising this tech.

  • Takachar are creating mobile technology that converts crop residue into biochar-based soil amendments, reducing open burning, improving soil health and potentially supporting carbon-storage benefits. They are exploring how this tech could help reduce agricultural dependence on imported soil inputs, and improve soil health, within specific regional contexts.

  • X-Centric are leveraging advanced digital soil health measurements to optimise farming inputs. They are evaluating how this soil data can be utilised to drive smarter, lower-impact agricultural decisions.

Join the agrifoodtech and climate ecosystem for the PepsiCo Greenhouse APAC 2026: IMPACT Edition Showcase with insights, connections, and discussions around the innovations driving the next generation of impact.
