Recover after your rowing practice in a handcrafted Secret Sauna parked right beside the club. You’ll have full access to all your usual amenities while enjoying this Nordic-inspired ritual.
Book a 1-hour slot and cycle through as many rounds of heat and cold as you like—sweat in the sauna, cool off with a refreshing lake plunge, repeat. This experience is being generously offered free of charge by The Secret Sauna Co to bring the rowing community together.
To start the day feeling your absolute best, join a 1-hour yoga class at 9:00 AM hosted by @patrishyoga. Mats are provided and the cost is just $20—a perfect warm-up before the sauna and plunge.
