About Event

In this session, we’ll explore the link between fund structure and LP liquidity - and why this relationship matters.

Together with Carmen Alfonso Rico, Founder at Cocoa, and Kamal Hassan Managing Partner at Loyal VC we’ll unpack how structural decisions influence LPs' access to capital, and how they shape fundraising dynamics, investor expectations, and the long-term flexibility of the fund.

The discussion will be moderated by Iwona Cymerman, Founding Partner at FundingBox Deep Tech Fund, and EWVC member.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the team via [email protected].

See you there!
