Third Friday Powered By Black business month
Black women do not need another room full of business cards.
We need rooms where we can build together.
This Black Business Month, Third Friday at The Lola is centering Black women business owners, professionals, allies and supporters from across Atlanta together for a full day of community and commerce.
Bring your laptop. Get some work done. Shop local Black-owned businesses. Meet the women behind the brands. Make connections that can move your business forward.
Because the right conversation can become a client, a collaborator, a referral, or the support you did not know you needed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
10am-4pm Coworking at Ther Lola
Spend the day working alongside women building businesses, careers, and what comes next. Bring your laptop, your to-do list, and the project you have been putting off.
12pm-4pm Black Business Market
Discover and shop a curated collection of Black-owned businesses from across Atlanta. Meet the founders. Support their work. Find something you love.
10am-11:30am Workshop- Built for Us: From Me to We
Building a business should not mean carrying everything alone.
Lola member Camille Telicia will lead an interactive workshop centered on one powerful question:
What could change in your business if you did not have to do all the work alone?
Using the principles of Ujima, Ujamaa, and Elemental Leadership, Camille will help you explore how you naturally lead, where you may be carrying too much, and where collaboration could create more ease, support, and capacity.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of what belongs to you, what can be shared, and how to build a business that does not depend on you doing everything.
Sometimes the next level does not require more hustle.
It requires more support.
Community. Commerce. Connection.
Come work. Come shop. Come meet women you can build with.
