​About Ram Kedlaya

​Ram Kedlaya is an Executive Coach, VC Partner, Angel Investor, and Founder & CEO with more than 30 years of experience as a technology executive, entrepreneur, investor, and leadership coach. Throughout his career, he has worked across the United States, Japan, India, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, helping founders and executives build companies, develop leaders, and navigate growth.

​Today, Ram works closely with early-stage founders on leadership, fundraising, product strategy, execution, and organizational growth. Drawing from his experience as both an operator and investor, he helps founders strengthen decision-making, communicate with clarity, and build companies that can scale. He regularly mentors startup founders through Venture Dock and other accelerator programs, leading highly interactive sessions focused on practical challenges rather than theory.
