Building the AI Playbook brings senior technical leaders together for an evening of genuinely open conversation about what's actually happening on the front lines of AI, cloud and infrastructure right now.
Three AI operating partners, each with real-world portfolio experience of what works and what doesn't, will lead the conversation. This isn't a stage full of talks or a lineup of presentations. It's real problems, real solutions, and the chance to hear how other technical leaders are actually navigating the AI shift, not how they'd like it to look on a case study.

Andy is a Partner at a B2B SaaS-focused fund and a hands-on technology leader with over ten years driving growth across VC and PE-backed portfolios. A serial entrepreneur with four exits from five businesses, he built tiny-brain, an agentic AI system for production-ready code, and scaled venture firm PUBLIC from 5 to over 100 people as CTO.
Travis Hollingsworth - AI Operating Partner & CPO
Travis builds and scales AI-native products for founders, VCs and PE investors. He's advised 20+ ventures across San Francisco and London, previously led AI persona strategy for Meta across Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook, and helped build fintech venture Cetip to a $3.9bn acquisition.
David Royle - CEO & Fractional Chief AI Officer
David is a Fractional Chief AI Officer, AI Operating Partner and founder of Tanhill.ai, holding board-level mandates across PE funds and portfolio companies. A former Grant Thornton equity partner with 25 years in digital transformation, he built AI innovation labs for Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide, and founded and exited fintech venture CompareMySpend. He now builds AI capability at fund level, making it usable across every portfolio company.
