​About the Panelists:

​Chelsea Coyle is a Creative Director, Community Builder, and Storyteller who helps psychedelic and wellness brands grow movements around healing and cultural transformation. Her work spans the last decade and is rooted in trauma therapy research at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), where she saw how much of healing lives in the approaches the mainstream is slowest to accept. Amplifying those approaches has been her mission ever since. She has built and managed audiences of more than 500,000 people across thought leaders, clinics, and organizations, leading their content, community, and education initiatives. As Executive and Creative Director of the Microdosing Collective, she is producing The Microdosing Summit, the first event dedicated exclusively to low-dose psychedelic advocacy and education. She is also Community Director and Founding Partner of GALILEA, and founder of Psychedelic Genius, through the UC Berkeley-Mycoskie Journalism Fellowship.

​Andrea Stranges is a Growth Marketing & Content Strategist with a decade of experience, including leading marketing efforts for some of the biggest names in psychedelics, like Field Trip Health and Numinus. She built and launched the world's first hybrid psychedelic-assisted therapy program and led brand voice for companies that defined the category. Before transitioning into the psychedelic space, she worked in creative advertising on award-winning campaigns for Pepsi, FritoLay, McDonald’s, and the Canadian Paralympic Committee. Today, she consults for growing psychedelic retreats (like Odyssey) and women’s health brands, turning audience insights into marketing systems that resonate, build trust, and move missions forward.

​Merlin Patrick is a ceremonialist, facilitator, and lifelong student of this extraordinary journey we call life. At the heart of his work is a commitment to meeting life with the eyes of a beginner: humble, curious, present, and open to the lessons in each moment. He believes becoming a better facilitator begins with continually becoming a better human. People sometimes call Merlin a shaman, to which he lovingly responds that he is the "un-shaman shaman," remaining a student of the many wisdom traditions found across our shared human family. As a ceremonialist, his intention is to create spaces that are both safe and brave, where people can soften, witness themselves, and remember who they are. He does not see himself as the healer, but as someone entrusted with holding space for another person to meet their own wisdom.

• ​Great minds think differently. Different backgrounds, different opinions, different paths in. We embrace that, and we keep each other honest about what's actually sustainable, ethical, and community-oriented.

• ​Come as you are. Whether you're ten years in or ten minutes in, you belong in this room. Bring your whole authentic self, including the parts that don't fit neatly on a résumé.

• ​Give and receive. Make the introduction. Share the resource. Ask for what you need.

• ​Stay creative. Stay open to new ideas and be willing to problem solve out loud. Half-formed thoughts are welcome here.

• ​Leave it better than you found it. The room, the industry, and each other!
