Drafts, Discoveries & Directions is a monthly session where we discuss what you tried (drafts), celebrate what worked (discoveries), and an idea for what's ahead (directions). It's a session to reflect on and celebrate your progress, and a boost towards looking ahead.
You'll leave with: A clearer sense of what's actually working for you, a shot of momentum by celebrating your wins, and an idea generator by hearing what others are working on.

How we spend the time
Discoveries: We surface and celebrate what worked this month. Wins get named, not glossed over.
Drafts: We look at experiments in progress, yours and others', and figure out what they're teaching us.
Directions: You leave with one clear direction based on what came up in the session.
