Preparing for UK crypto authorisation: practical steps firms should be taking now

​Zumo and Skadden are hosting a closed-door roundtable focused on practical readiness for the UK’s incoming cryptoasset regulatory regime.

​The session will bring together a small group of senior representatives from cryptoasset firms to discuss what firms should be preparing now if they are considering UK authorisation or continued UK market access.

​The discussion will move beyond regulatory awareness and focus on practical preparation, including governance, controls, operational requirements, financial promotions, custody, safeguarding, evidence gathering and potential routes to UK market access.
