We’ll begin with slow, supported Yin postures held for several minutes to target the fascia, joints, and connective tissue — allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.
As the body opens, you’ll be immersed in the therapeutic tones of crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments. The sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and promote energetic balance.
