• ​​Media Release: To capture the vibrant atmosphere of the night, photos will be taken throughout the event. We utilize professional "blurred movement" techniques to respect your privacy and anonymity.

• ​​Stay Informed: By registering, you have opted in to receive event reminders and important confirmations. This ensures you stay in the loop for this event as well as future Hearts & Honeycomb dates.

• ​​Matches: Making connections is our priority! Mutual match results (first name and phone number) will be delivered via email following the event to those who have authorized sharing.

​​Refund & Transfer Policy

• ​​All sales are final.

• ​​Transfers: If you are unable to attend, we offer a ticket transfer to a future Hearts & Honeycomb event, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

• ​​Forfeiture: Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your ticket.

• ​​Exclusivity: Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the person named on the registration. Resale or assignment to another individual is strictly prohibited.
