​WHAT IS IT ALL FOR?

​Not every practice needs to become permanent.

​Not every season needs to be about improving yourself.

​This session explores purpose, meaning and integration — what your effort is actually in service of, what has started to become part of you, and what you’re ready to stop forcing.

​We’ll look at what feels worth giving your energy to now, who or what benefits from you becoming more fully yourself, what you want to carry forward, and what can be released.

​What to expect

​Each session begins with 15 minutes of quiet reflection + journaling, followed by a guided conversation around the week’s theme.

​We’ll explore the ideas together, leave space for questions and reflections, and finish with a short guided meditation to help you move out of thinking and into something more embodied.

​Come with a journal, something to write with, and whatever version of yourself is showing up that day.

​This session is part of SUPER, a 4 week practice exploring conscious effort and change through the Logical Levels. You’re very welcome to attend this session on its own — no previous Super experience required.
