Mercedes will break down the myths around meal prepping and share a simple framework that actually works for real life—no complicated recipes or hours of weekend cooking required. About the Host: Mercedes is a chef and health coach specializing in maternal health.  With years of culinary experience, she helps busy families (especially mothers) and young professionals build sustainable wellness habits without sacrificing flavor or joy. A natural community connector and art lover, Mercedes believes that true kitchen confidence comes from having the right systems in place—and that nourishing yourself should always include moments of whimsy and delight. When she's not teaching cooking classes, running her meal prep service or in the professional kitchen, you'll find her traveling the world, seeking inspiration from diverse food cultures and wellness traditions.
