​We’ve all got a facilitation story that still haunts us.

​The activity that failed.
The participant who broke the agenda.
The breakout room that got lost in the internet.
The session where absolutely nothing went according to plan.

​This Halloween, we’re bringing back our annual Facilitation Horror Stories gathering.

​A session to share the stories we’d rather take to the grave, laugh at the things that went wrong, and spook ourselves with some of the most frightening moments from the room.

​What to expect?

​🎃 Stories from the darker side of facilitation
👀 Unexpected twists, awkward moments, and glorious fails
💬 Honest conversations about what happened, what we learned, and what we’d probably do differently next time
🤝 A chance to connect with other facilitators who've been there too

​And don’t worry. You don’t need to have a spectacular horror story to join in.
