Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a series of carefully curated experiences designed to help you reconnect with your body and yourself.

Grounding Yoga Session
Led by Jasmin Rothwell, this gentle session will help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and calming environment.

Guided Journaling & Reflection
A powerful session led by Cigdem Ozkan, designed to help you process your thoughts, reconnect with yourself, and create space for emotional release and clarity.

Nourishment & Connection
Enjoy food, meaningful conversations, and time to connect with like-minded women in a safe and supportive space.

Time to Simply Be
This is your time to rest, reflect, and exist without pressure, something many of us rarely allow ourselves to do.

A Thoughtful Closing & Goodie Bags

As the day comes to an end, you’ll receive a carefully curated goodie bag, a small reminder of the experience, filled with items to support you on your healing journey beyond the event.

🌿 What to wear & bring

You’re invited to come as comfortable as you feel.

This is a relaxed, safe space, you’ll be moving through gentle yoga and guided reflection, so wear something you can move and unwind in.

There will be a secure space available for you to store your belongings, so you can fully relax and be present throughout the day.
