​A transformative half-day designed to open, restore, and reconnect you to your heart space.

​We begin at 4PM sharp with a heart-led Hatha yoga flow to move stagnant energy and awaken the body. From there, we settle into 5pm a sacred cacao ceremony ❤️ using ceremonial-grade cacao imported directly from its origin, offered with rose 🤎 a plant medicine long honored for its deep connection to the heart and cardiovascular system. This is where we activate, set intention, and restore.
