SPARK x Heilige Huisjes - Breathwork

​On Friday 10th July, we welcome you to our SPARK Clubnight. A friday-night-out-movement by and for a younger generation, built on one idea: that a Friday night out can take you inward instead of out. Together: the new way of going out by going in.

​An experience that moves you from the intellect into the body, from the individual into the collective. The concept is simple, and a little radical: to wake up what's already inside you.

​In a world that constantly pulls us outwards, SPARK creates space to look at life from the inside-out. Offline. Together.

​During Heilige Huisjes, we offer a first glimpse of what that evening will be. Join a short breathwork session hosted by Fleur Lefers , followed by a moment of reflection and space for connection. A preview of 10 July - in the very space where it will all take place.

​No experience needed. Just the willingness to turn inward.

This is a free event in the Laurenskerk, though we ask you to bring your own yogamat to lie on. Make sure to arrive a little earlier to get comfortable before the session starts at 11 am.
