The question: “how do we survive the complexities of mainstream institutions and/or how do we sustain ourselves outside of them?” This question has come up more times than we can count and the answers (plural) require more time-space and practice than we (Alexis & Sangodare) have made space for up to this point. The Chrysalis Experience invites us into a shared practice of abundance by transforming our relationships to individual and collective purpose. Do you want to be as resourced as a forest benefitting from mutually beneficial relationships?
Join the inaugural co-hort of this Chrysalis offering which is called Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself: Transforming Purpose. It invites us to prepare for the Summer Solstice—the longest day when the sun is the highest AND the time that follows, as the days get shorter and shorter.

We are excited to include you in the launch of The Chrysalis Experience. It is a generative ongoing gathering, designed to help ground us in purpose both collectively and individually as pathway to abundance, (w)holistic wealth and wellness. You can learn more about this ancestral practice here.
Together, online and in person, we will work with Black Feminist Breathing tools to guide us in mindfulness, reflective writing, chanting, congregational singing and sound circle. All the woo. AND we will work with the tangible and practical tools that have supported us to live sustainably and grow abundance.
Our work together will be guided by our desire to honor, activate and fortify our deep communal roots and creative spirits. We want to practice together what we know about deep purpose as the source of abundance.
We get to transcend the chase for the right role (i.e. job), the shine and instead be pulled by clarity of purpose, the desire to share our gifts with our community.

d) The Chrysalis Experience day retreat in Durham, NC. (meals include, NO housing).

2) Closing Revival Sunday, September 27 in Durham (optional)

This registration enrolls you in an individually curated Chrysalis Experience - Cohort 1.
One-on-One facilitation with Alexis and Sangodare is accompanied by:
a) small group check ins
b) Cohort 1 retreat with housing and meals included
c) additional facilitation + accompaniment (including professional and creative services) to get you to launch into your purpose
BONUS (One-on-One Registration):
You can opt-in to up to three additional Day retreats (meals provided NO housing) during the four month Chrysalis Experience - Cohort 1.
VIRTUAL access is also included:
