Thoughts are not facts.

White Bone Demon: Why do we so often treat our thoughts as facts?
This Sunday’s gathering draws on the White Bone Demon episode from Journey to the West. We’ll explore how someone as well-intentioned as Tang Sanzang can still damage trust through their judgments, and reflect on how we interpret other people.
The gathering will be held in Mandarin and includes walking meditation, discussion, stream-of-consciousness journaling, and loving-kindness meditation. Sharing and quiet listening are both welcome.
