Cracow Duo at the Polish Consulate
Join us for a special evening of chamber music at the Consulate General of Poland in New York on Tuesday, March 24, at 7 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM), featuring the acclaimed Cracow Duo.
Cellist Jan Kalinowski and pianist Marek Szlezer, friends since childhood, studied together in Kraków and Paris before forming the Cracow Duo more than twenty years ago. Since then, their performances and recordings have received outstanding critical acclaim in Poland and internationally.
During this special concert, the artists will present works by some of Poland’s most celebrated composers, including Ignacy Jan Paderewski, Frédéric Chopin, and Zygmunt Stojowski.
We warmly invite you to join us for this intimate evening celebrating the richness of Polish classical music, performed by one of Poland’s most distinguished chamber ensembles.
