mindless mires #6: the fall of sunnybrook park
It's time to get out of your head and accept the accept the changing season! Come cultivate some no-mind on a 14 km walk with Happy Town.
Mindless mires brings together a group of curious people to walk in the ravines of the Greater Toronto Area. It's a space for people who love wandering conversations, without the pressure of networking or speed dating.
Route: We'll start from Sunnybrook LRT station, walk through Sunnybrook Park up the botanical gardens, take a break, and then walk back down to the LRT. This is not the same route as the previous North York walk.
Heads up: The route is roughly 14 km. The route is a little longer than the mindful miles walk in High Park, but it's similar in difficulty. It's a leisurely trail with plenty of washrooms, water fountains, and exits if you need to leave.
Bring: a water bottle, and something to eat. There's a cafe at the botanical gardens but it might be closed by the time we get there.
(This event is part of The Fall of Happy Town - we're a group that hosts regular and affordable ways to hang out. To check out more, visit the Happy Town Luma calendar.)
