How can student leadership evolve to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world? This interactive session explores the Next Level Skills for Student Leaders (NELS) project, a cross-continental initiative connecting Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa to empower student leaders through transformative learning.

Participants will hear from student voices and educators shaping NELS, discover how intercultural collaboration strengthens leadership, and co-create a shared vision for the future of student engagement. Join us to explore what “next level” leadership means for taking care of ourselves, others, and the planet.
