Each month, we’ll meet at Brooklyn's newest pottery studio to take part in a hand building workshop. The energy is welcoming, the structure is simple, and there’s no pressure beyond showing up and being yourself.
This is a space to connect with your local Kindred community while creating something unique to you, swap travel and hosting stories, share tips, ask questions about Kindred directly with fellow members, and support a Kindred member-owned business. Whether you are a seasoned host, a curious traveler, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here.

✨ Cauvery is a Kindred member based in Gowanus, Brooklyn and the founder of Hey Clay Pottery Studio, a cozy neighborhood space she opened just three months ago. After leaving her corporate career to pursue something more meaningful, she built Hey Clay as a place rooted in creativity, connection, and community. An active Kindred host and traveler herself, Cauvery is a big believer in the magic of member gatherings. She’s excited to welcome fellow Kindred Spirits into her studio for a hands on evening of pottery, drinks, and warm conversation, where everyone can create something beautiful to take home.
