📋 The Fine Print & Logistics
What to Bring: Vendors must provide their own chairs, tablecloths, marketing/display materials, and a personal Wi-Fi hotspot if internet access is needed for processing payments.
Rain Policy: In the event of a weather-related cancellation, a full refund will be processed and returned to you within 15 days.
City & County Permits: To comply with New Jersey state law and the City of Newark Department of Health and Community Wellness, all food, cosmetic, and consumable vendors must obtain a Temporary Food/Health Certificate. You will be required to submit proof of your municipal health inspection and state business registration prior to the event.
