Meditation Retreat for Animal Advocates: Six Practices to Transcend Burnout - November 21 and 22, 2026
Join us for a meditation retreat designed specifically for animal advocates. Over one weekend, we'll explore six practices that help sustain this work: generosity, discipline, patience, effort, concentration, and wisdom.
More than theory, these are practical meditation tools for working with the exhaustion that comes from witnessing animal suffering.
Guided by experience: Retreat led by Ven. Tashi Nyima, a Buddhist monk, vegan, and longtime activist, in a secular, welcoming, and non-sectarian environment.
For all levels: Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All you need is an internet connection and a commitment to your own well-being.
A gift from the community: Thanks to the generosity of Mobius and The Pollination Project, this retreat is offered at no cost.
