When was the last time you did something purely for yourself?
Not to achieve or to be productive. Just because it made you feel good.
Many of us spend our days moving from meeting to meeting, task to task, responsibility to responsibility. Constantly connected, constantly thinking, constantly doing.
This evening is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the launch of FEISTY Power Flow.
FEISTY Power Flow is a dynamic, strength-infused yoga experience that blends vinyasa-style movement with light resistance and controlled holds. Set to grounded, rhythmic music, the class is designed to help you feel strong, present and fully connected to your body.
After class, the evening continues with The Downshift - a guided recovery experience designed to help you transition out of the busyness of the week and into a more grounded state. Expect cooling eucalyptus towels, guided breathwork & recovery rituals.
We'll then open Recovery Club, where you can enjoy magnesium drinks, nourishing snacks, try some recovery tools, and have a relaxed conversation with an incredible community of women.
The evening will be hosted at Zen Den and led by founder Piper-Lori Parker, whose grounded and intuitive teaching style perfectly reflects the spirit of FEISTY Power Flow.
