About Event

An evening for CX operations, quality, and training leaders.

We're bringing together a small group in Manila for an evening with the Solidroad team and the people running the same kind of operation day-to-day. We've lined it up for IBPAP/IIS week so it's easy to join if you're already in town, but this one is really for anyone leading operations, L&D, training, or quality, whether you're here for the summit or based in Manila already.

Solidroad is the AI training platform for CX teams. We build realistic AI simulations that coach agents, scorecards that keep quality consistent, and a place where training and QA finally work off the same page, for human and AI agents alike.

This one isn't a pitch. No demos, no slides. Just good people, a drink in hand, and an honest conversation about what's working and what isn't.
