Understanding Women's Health
We’re excited to announce the next edition of our community event: Understanding Women’s Health.
Over the past year, these gatherings have brought together people curious to learn more about women’s health across life stages — from menstruation and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and overall well-being.
Each session brings together experts, professionals, and community members to explore these topics openly, share experiences, and translate science into practical insights that can support everyday life.
For this upcoming edition, we’re currently shaping the format.
At our most recent event in March, we experimented with expert-led roundtable discussions, creating space for smaller group conversations alongside the main session. The response was incredibly positive, and it sparked many thoughtful exchanges.
Now we’re exploring what the next edition should look like.
- Should we repeat the roundtable format?
- Return to a panel discussion?
- Or introduce something entirely new?
We’d love to hear from you.
If you’ve joined us before and have thoughts on the format you enjoyed most, feel free to share your ideas with us at: [email protected]
Your feedback helps shape the experience for the entire community.
What we do know already is this: whatever the format, the evening will once again bring together experts, meaningful conversations, and a community that cares about improving women’s health.
If you’ve attended before, you know these evenings tend to spark insights, thoughtful discussions, and new connections.
So if this topic resonates with you — reserve your spot early and stay tuned as we reveal more details soon.
And if you'd like to help shape the experience, share your thoughts with us. Your input might help shape what the June edition becomes.

About the Organiser
This event is hosted by 3mbrace Health (formerly Mamamoon).
Our mission is to support women across the Three Ms: Menstruation, Motherhood, and Menopause.
We do this through workplace programs, expert-led events, community conversations, and digital tools.
Our first digital solution, the Mamamoon app, focuses on the Motherhood phase, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum with yoga, breathing, mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance.
We believe women deserve better information, better support, and more open conversations about their health.
And we believe these conversations should include everyone.
“You don’t need to have ovaries to care about women’s health.”
