About Event

Sumathi Menon spent the formative part of her 30-year technology career inside Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns — which means she understands what financial services leaders are actually navigating when AI lands on the agenda: regulatory exposure, model risk, legacy estates, and the gap between board-level ambition and what the business can safely deploy.
Today she works with corporate leadership teams to build the capability to make good AI decisions, not just approve them. UC Berkeley-certified AI strategist. UK Regional Lead, Women Defining AI. Expert Reviewer, She Shapes AI 2026 Awards. Founding Member, UKAI Women in AI Working Group. Contributor to the UNICEF Toolkit on Responsible AI.
