Required Training for New Chapter Leaders
This is part of our 4-week AIC Accelerator program — the required intensive training series for all new chapter leads and organizers joining The AI Collective.
🎓 First Cohort - January 2026
You're part of the inaugural group launching this program. Complete all four weeks and graduate in our first-ever cohort ceremony on January 26th.
⚠️ Attendance Requirement
All four sessions are mandatory. Choose AM or PM and commit to the same time slot for all four weeks. We track attendance across the full program — you must complete all sessions to officially launch your chapter.

Week 3 (Jan 19): Brand & Event Creation — Your event goes LIVE
Week 4 (Jan 26): Execution Readiness & Graduation
🎯 What You'll Accomplish
Over four weeks, you'll go from new chapter leader to fully equipped and ready to launch:
Build your chapter thesis and local strategy
Create your brand identity and event graphics
Publish your first event (goes live Week 3)
Master LinkedIn and outreach systems
Get paired with a buddy group for ongoing support
Learn from 1,000+ events in AIC history
Graduate with your official certification
🤝 Buddy System
You'll be paired with a group of 3 peers for accountability, support, and collaboration throughout the program and beyond.
🕐 Time Investment
1 hour live session + 1 hour homework/buddy work per week
⭐ Post-Graduation
After graduation, you have 60 days to host your first official event. We'll track your progress and provide ongoing support.
