Zaina Budayr is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for helping people in major cityscapes reconnect to nurturing, restorative practices that support their everyday lives. Her approach is rooted in practicality and presence—inviting her students into tangible tools they can carry with them throughout their often busy, overstimulating days. Whether through mindful movement, intentional breath, or soul-inspired insight, Zaina brings grounded, gentle wisdom to every space she leads.
