Breaking The Silence: Questioning Your Relationship With Alcohol
About the event
With Breaking the Silence we want to normalize stigmatized topics by creating a space where we can judgementally free explore them.
The topic of the evening is 'alcohol consumption'. Luchi, our Silence Breaker is sharing her story and experience of reflecting on her own relationship with alcohol and eventually quitting it. With sharing her story, she wants to create a space where we can reflect on our relationship with alcohol.
You're welcome to share your own experience, how you relate to the story, ask questions or simply listen. Your contribution is your choice and no one will be forced to speak.
This is a safe space where we can talk and share our own stories without feeling we're too much or too little. Every part of yourself is welcome here.
You don't need to quit alcohol, in order to join this event.
This is just an invitation to reflect, share and listen.
Some things to know:
The doors will open 10 min before the event starts, please make sure to be on time. Once we start with the event, we won't be able to let someone in.
Ticket prize includes snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
Everything we talk here, stays here.
There won't be taken any pictures.
I want to highlight that I am facilitating the space, I am not a therapist and Breaking the Silence is not a substitution to therapy. Please take care of yourself, especially when we talk about a topic that might trigger you.
