​Tami Nussbaum, MD, MBA is a physician executive with extensive industry experience, known for her strategic leadership and success in advancing therapies for unmet medical needs. She currently serves as Senior Medical Director at Takeda, where she leads global medical strategy for an investigational therapy targeting a rare liver disease. Tami earned her MD from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in healthcare innovation from Reichman University, and began her career as a neurology resident before transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry. She previously held senior leadership roles at Roche and Takeda Israel and is a committed advocate for mentorship and the advancement of women leaders in science and medicine.

​Idit Vachtel is a senior leader in Technology and Product M&A Integration at Salesforce, where she guides newly acquired companies in shaping their technology strategy, uniting teams, and driving successful integration. She is deeply passionate about empowering women and young professionals to strengthen their execution skills, build confidence, increase visibility, and expand their influence - helping them unlock their full potential and grow into meaningful careers and leadership roles. Idit holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MBA in International Business Management and Marketing.
