About Event

Can changing the way our clients talk change the way they strategize?

This month, we’ll explore how restorative practices—tools originally developed to build trust, resolve conflict, and shift culture—might hold untapped potential for how we engage clients in strategy.

We’ve long discussed how the Outthinker Process can be introduced not just as a linear framework, but in pieces, in moments, in ways that transform how clients think—not just what they decide. What if, like restorative practice, our work reshaped how clients relate to one another, surface ideas, challenge assumptions, and choose paths forward?

Together we’ll reflect on:

  • What lessons from restorative practice can apply to strategy facilitation?

  • How do we embed transformation in conversations, not just in slides?

  • Could trust-building tools enhance our impact as catalysts for strategic change?

We’ll be joined by Rachel Credidio, Chief Innovation Officer at Aster Group, a large UK nonprofit housing organization. Rachel will share how she implemented restorative practices across Aster—not as a conflict-resolution tool, but as a strategy-enabling culture shift. She’ll walk us through what worked, what didn’t, and how her team now thinks and behaves differently as a result.
