This month’s member dinner is centered around the unexpected turns, quiet pivots, and unplanned moments that shape us along the way. The relationships we didn’t see coming. The dreams that changed form. The versions of ourselves we became through experiences we never would have chosen — or never would have predicted.

Access: This event is hosted exclusively for members of The Collective by CNYWN.
Cost:
Guests will order off the menu and pay for their own meals and drinks. Separate checks will be provided at the end of the evening. A private dining space has been reserved for our group.
With a limited number of seats available, we encourage you to RSVP early to secure your spot. Once full, a waitlist will be available.
If you register for this event and find you are unable to attend, please update your registration or text Kera at 315-702-4653 at least 24 hours before the event so we can open up space for those who wish to attend.

We spend so much time talking about goals, milestones, and next steps. But some of the most meaningful parts of life happen in the middle of the detours.
At this member dinner meetup, we’re creating space for those conversations here — over dinner, on a summer evening in Skaneateles, surrounded by women who understand that life rarely follows a straight line.

Your Hosts: Aimee Tarin, Chief Impact Officer at Nave Law & Jennifer Bisson, Chief Legal Operating Officer at Nave Law
Aimee Tarin
Aimée Tarin serves as Chief Impact Officer at Nave Law, where she leads the firm’s non-legal operations, culture, and firmwide execution. With more than 13 years of experience across operations, client experience, marketing, and systems development, she works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to turn strategy into action and help the firm operate with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
At the heart of Aimée’s leadership is impact. She oversees firmwide initiatives that strengthen employee experience, internal operations, community engagement, and organizational accountability, with a focus on building systems that serve people and move the organization forward.
Known for her energy, precision, and people-first approach, Aimée brings structure to big ideas and keeps people at the center of execution. Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mother, a loyal Syracuse fan, and a New England Patriots supporter, which, in Central New York, she has learned to own without apology.
Jennifer Bisson
Jennifer Bisson serves as Nave Law's Chief Legal Operating Officer, leading legal operations with a sharp focus on compliance, consistency, and execution. She partners with the CEO and Legal Management Committee to keep the firm running efficiently and at a high standard of performance.
Jennifer began her career in retail management before earning her paralegal degree from Bryant & Stratton College with honors. She spent a decade as a Workers Compensation Coordinator at a Syracuse-area firm before transitioning into criminal defense in 2017. She came aboard as Senior Paralegal when Nave Law opened its doors in 2018 and was promoted to Chief Legal Operating Officer in January 2026.
Known for her precision, accountability, and deep respect for ethical practice, Jennifer brings structure, discipline, and steady leadership to the firm's legal operations. Her work ensures Nave Law delivers high-quality legal services with integrity, professionalism, and care for both clients and the legal team.
A RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, Jennifer also teaches classes at a local gym and Ananda Yoga and Wellness and partners with charitable organizations to host fundraising yoga events.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a wife and proud mother of two adult children. She loves to hike and shares her home with two cats who keep her entertained. She is also, somewhat reluctantly, a Mets fan, having learned over the years that being a Mets fan requires equal parts loyalty, patience, and a high tolerance for disappointment, thanks in no small part to her daughter's career with the team.
What Makes This Dinner Different
This isn't a structured workshop, but it is intentional.
Throughout the evening, conversation will be guided with prompts designed to take us past small talk and into something real. You don't have to have the answers. You just have to be willing to show up honestly.
Come ready to share, reflect, and connect in a space where these conversations are not only welcomed — they're the whole point.
