Redemptive Influence-Faith & Work Summit 2027
Redemptive Influence The annual Faith + Work Summit Saturday, February 27, 2027 · Burlingame, CA
Your work is real ministry. The offices, labs, startups and classrooms where you spend your week are not a detour from your calling. They are where it happens.
Redemptive Influence is a day for integrated disciples, people who want their faith to shape how they work, lead and build. We gather around 300 Bay Area marketplace leaders to create, connect and catalyze, and then we send you back out as agents of redemption.
THE FOUR ARCHETYPES
Leading. Lead the way Jesus led. For anyone responsible for people, teams or decisions, carrying it with the humility and serving spirit Jesus modeled.
Starting. Begin with faith. For founders and anyone launching something new, with courage and real dependence on God.
Changing. For anyone navigating job loss, a career shift or technological disruption, and anchoring identity in Christ rather than in a title.
Building. Make what is good. For anyone creating technology, teams and cultures that reflect God's character and help our neighbors thrive.
