Theatre Talks September
Your monthly dose of theatre, beer/wine & honest impressions!
Love theatre? Want someone to chat with about the brilliant and the not-so-great shows you’ve seen? Welcome to our club: think book club, but with way more drama (literally).
We gather to discuss theatre on the last Thursday of each month.
Why we meet:
Share what you’ve watched and why it did (or didn’t) impress you. No snobbery, no heavy reviews — just peer-to-peer: audience to audience.
Meet new friends who love theatre too (and maybe go together next time).
Save money: swap discount tips and find out which theatres and seats are actually worth it.
If applicable: practice English while talking about art, your experiences, and emotions.
How it works:
Once a month, we meet at a café for 1.5–2 hours — totally informal.
Everyone pays for their own food and drink (an optional donation for the organisers).
After each meetup, you’ll get a short follow-up email with the highlights and tips we shared.
The next meeting will take place on Thursday, 25 September. The venue will be announced later. Participation is free, just register.
