AI investment in pharma is surging — but production-grade results remain rare. According to MIT, 95% of enterprise GenAI pilots deliver zero measurable ROI. Meanwhile, fewer than 20% of organizations achieve strong returns, and only 12% of healthcare leaders consider today's AI reliable for clinical use. The gap between promise and reality is costing the industry billions.

Join Roche, CMC AI, and Celestial Systems for an intimate, invitation-only session in South San Francisco where senior pharma and biotech leaders will cut through the noise and get specific about what it actually takes to move AI from experimentation to production in regulated environments.

Three short presentations will cover:

  • Enterprise-grade AI in life sciences — why most pharma AI pilots fail to reach production, and how platform strategy changes the odds

  • AI-driven CMC process optimization — where AI is reshaping Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls, from formulation design to regulatory submissions

  • From AI strategy to production deployment — what it takes to bridge the gap between promising pilots and scalable, governed AI systems in regulated industries

A moderated Q&A will then dig deeper into these themes and open the floor to the room.

If you're working to make AI deliver real results in pharma or biotech — whether in R&D, operations, or strategy — this is a room worth being in. Expect a small group, candid conversation, and enough time to connect with peers before heading home for the evening.
