A Peer Coaching Lab for Leaders of Conversations

Gatherings are culture-defining moments. Every gathering is an opportunity for real conversation. And every gathering can fuel real transformation and momentum.

Think about an offsite session that resets the culture of feedback in your organization. A workshop that helps a team reimagine the possible. A new way for your community to connect, learn and grow together.

A great gathering requires a great plan …And every plan (and every planner) can benefit from feedback from other thoughtful people in a safe space.

You may or may not think of yourself as a facilitator, but you have a session in mind - a seed of an idea or a plan for a conversation you want to host - a dream gathering.

A Peer Coaching Lab

In this session we’ll leverage some fundamental facilitation frameworks to help you sketch your session so you can share it with others and get productive and specific feedback in a small peer coaching circle.

You’ll get clear on what’s working well and what you could do differently, so that your dream gathering will be a dream.

You’ll leave with:

🔥 A more refined plan for a gathering you want to host

👓 A new lens on hosting culture-defining gatherings

✨Connection to other gathering-oriented badasses

What can I expect?

Expect croissants and coffee from 9:30-10am.

We'll then warm up our hands, heads and hearts and sketch a gathering we are dreaming of.

Expect warm and cool feedback on your plan and expect to give well-considered feedback to others, too.

Expect to come back and do it again for the next important event you’re planning!

We'll check out at 12pm sharp so you can get back to your regularly scheduled programming.

About you:

You might lead a team, an organization or a community, either professionally or as a side project - but you’re dreaming of leading a conversation that matters.
