​40 seats. One seating. A full Kerala Onam sadhya served the way it's meant to be, on a banana leaf, no forks, just your hands and 15 dishes landing in front of you in the right order.

​We're doing this for Onam, Kerala's harvest festival, the one with a feast and the flower carpets that basically takes over the whole state. Diwali and Holi got their American moment. This is Onam's.

​Onam is Kerala's harvest festival and the centerpiece is the sadhya, a traditional feast served on a single banana leaf with more dishes than you can count. All vegetarian. All intentional. One of the most beautiful meals in the world.
