About Event

Kudikunta Lake was once a dumping ground, choked with sewage, pollution, and mosquito-borne disease. Today it's a thriving ecosystem supporting native biodiversity, cleaner air, and a healthier neighbourhood.

This is a masterclass in how climate solutions get built. Systems thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and persistent effort all came together here. Restoration projects often feel like a long shot, needing government support, funding, and community action to align at the right time. How did that happen in Hyderabad?

Join restorer, Kalpana Ramesh for a guided walk through one of Hyderabad's most inspiring climate success stories. Ask the questions your own project needs answered, or simply understand what it takes to pull something like this off.

We'll end with chai and conversations. The people who show up at 8:30 AM to talk about restoration are exactly the people you'd want in your network.
