AI x Education x Business Models: Practical Workshop with Models of Impact

Join Pro2Pro for a practical 3-hour online workshop with Matthew Manos, creator of Models of Impact — a toolkit used by educators, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and organizations to design more sustainable and impactful models.
This workshop will focus on practical cases, idea generation, and business model design at the intersection of AI, education, and professional learning.
Together with Matthew, participants will explore concrete AI x Education cases and challenges — including assessment, critical thinking, cheating, and the broader opportunities and risks AI creates for learning. We will use these cases as a starting point for hands-on work: identifying real problems, generating possible solutions, and shaping early business or project models.
Unlike a regular webinar, this session is designed as a practical workshop. Participants will work with ideas, discuss possible models, and develop early concepts for projects, services, or products that can create both educational value and sustainable impact.
During the workshop, participants will:
• Explore concrete AI x Education cases and challenges
• Learn how to separate problems from solutions
• Generate ideas for AI-related educational or professional learning projects
• Think through possible impact and revenue models
• Use Models of Impact logic to shape stronger project or business model concepts
• Present early ideas and receive feedback
The workshop may be especially useful for educators, EdTech professionals, project leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, alumni, and anyone interested in exploring practical ideas at the intersection of AI, learning, and business.
The session will include a short theoretical part, case discussion, hands-on group activity, idea and business model generation, and short presentations of ideas.
